Leadership Is A Ministry, Not a Job...

Upon reading the church's history, it is evident that Antioch Baptist Church has a long history of producing men and women of substance that provide excellent support and leadership for the church and the community. It is also evident that the leadership team of Antioch Baptist Church takes seriously Jesus' directions to serve those they lead as directed in Matt, 20:25-28.  The leadership ministry serves with a sense of humility and tenacity. The Leaders are humbled in the handling of the Lord's Business and tenacious in the focus on getting it completed in a proper fashion.
